Brothers and Sisters creative duo Lisa and Kirsten have teamed up with the anonymous German street art collective Mentalgassi, to create art installations for Amnesty International.
The image depicts Troy Davis, man who has been on death row for 19 years in the USA, despite serious doubts about his conviction.
The best aspects of this campaign is the ability of the image to reflect the situation that the organisation behind the campaign, Amnesty International, is trying to prevent. It becomes such a powerful message once you know the history behind it. I also like the fact that they have chosen the colour green to illuminate the image itself, as this colour almost holds alienated connotations, which once again reflects the situation these people face.
